TAUNTON’S Robert Cooney estate agents has unveiled a contemporary new look following a six-figure investment in its Taunton office. The Corporation Street premises reopened after the 10 day refurbishment to unveil a striking digital-age office.
The iconic wallpaper introduced over six-and-a-half years ago has been replaced with a videowall of nine 55-inch monitors and the window displays are now three High Bright monitors. All the screens are active 24/7, enabling all properties to be advertised round the clock.
The screens provide a unique opportunity to demonstrate the power of the other digital marketing tools which Robert Cooney offers, including ‘dollshouse’ video walkthroughs, drone footage, and the brand-new, free, property microsites, for clients to share their homes on social media.
“We are embracing modern technology and our office now reflects that,” Mr Cooney said. “By providing all our clients with a free microsite of their home to share on social media, properties can now be shared as widely as possible to a potentially untapped audience, helping our clients move more quickly.”
Robert Cooney opened its doors in Taunton in October 2010 and believe the redesign will continue to help them stay ahead of the competition, establishing them at the vanguard of cutting-edge technology in the property sector.
Partner at Robert Cooney, Kate Trewhella, added: “We are delighted with the positive feedback we have received to the office transformation. The impact of the videowall and window screens is strong and means we can display clients’ properties in greater detail than ever before.”
