Taunton's latest estate agency opened the doors of its brand new office in October 2010 in the landmark building 'Aspect' in Corporation Street, following its extensive fit-out.

At the helm is well known Tauntonian, Robert Cooney, a lifelong resident who has over thirty years’ experience in the profession locally. Having trained with what was then WRJ Greenslade & Co, he became qualified and went on to run Stanley Alder & Price in the High Street. Throughout several mergers and acquisitions, Robert rose to become Managing Director of Alder King, controlling 21 branches from Bristol in the North, down to the South Coast, whilst still based and living in Taunton.

Not wishing to 'niche' in any particular market segment, Robert Cooney is marketing properties right across the price spectrum and operates both a Residential Sales and Lettings business. He also has instructions from Residential and Commercial development clients.
